Itinerary
Day 1: Auckland - Waitomo Caves- Rotorua
Arriving in Auckland, you pick up your car, then head for Waitomo Caves to see the glow worms. Continue through Waikato and the Mamaku Hills to the renowrnd Rotorua thermal springs.
Day 2: Rotorua - Taupo- Napier
Take in Whakarewarewa geysers and Paradise Valley Springs. At the Agrodome, watch sheep trials. Drive through pine forests to Wairakei, Huka Falls and Lake Taupo. Spend a night in the seaside town of Napier. (B)
Day 3: Napier – Taupo
Tour Napier and nearby wineries. In the afternoon, drive to Taupo. (B)
Day 4: Taupo - Auckand
Return to Auckland.(B)
