Business Class (RBD Z): 40 Kilograms

Flight/Date Change

Not Permitted

Name Changes

Changing the name on the ticket is not permitted

Name Correction (same passenger)

Name corrections (due to spelling mistakes or part of the name missing) are permitted with a fee of THB 1,500 /  USD 50 or equivalent

Upgrade to a Higher Cabin

- Upgrading to a higher cabin is not permitted

- Upgrading using ROP miles is not permitted

Cancellation/Refund

Cancellation of the booking and request for a refund is not permitted

- Limited seats per flight.

- Reservation changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure.

- Flight/date changes may incur additional collection of fare and taxes subject to currency fluctuation.
