Information on the CUBD:Common Use Bag Drop at Narita International Airport

 Passengers can check in baggage for all Thai Airways flights at the self-service baggage drop machines (CUBD) at Narita International Airport,.
To reduce congestion at the airport, we encourage customers to use the self-service baggage drop machines.

The following customers are not eligible to use the self-service baggage drop machines, so please check in at Counter F.

- Sports equipment (Golf, Surfboard, Skiing, etc...)
- Musical instruments (Guitar, Keyboard, Drum, etc...)
- Wheelchairs, Baby stroller, Umbrella, Tripod, etc...
- Pet Cage
- Oversize baggage (L930mm x W500mm x H490mm)
- Lightweight baggage (less than 0.5kg)
- Overweight luggage (over 32kg)
