    Invitation to Submit Proposals for General Sales Agent (GSA) Partnership

    Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. (TG) is pleased to announce an invitation for proposals from esteemed candidates to serve as our General Sales Agent (GSA) in Nepal and Bhutan.

    We are seeking to establish a partnership with experienced and reputable candidates that can effectively represent Thai Airways and enhance our market presence in these regions. The ideal GSA will possess extensive market knowledge, a robust sales network, and a commitment to the high standards of service synonymous with Thai Airways.


    Proposal Requirements:


    Technical aspects
    • Company background/profile attached with a proof of company profile: Affidavit, Certificate of Incorporation with notary public.
    • GSA experience including names of airline/airlines represented and/or currently representing.
    • Company network and turnover.
    • Financial statement during the last 3 years, comprising of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow statement and Note to Financial Statement certified by the auditor company.

    Marketing & Sales aspects
    • Market and Sales data.
    • Proactive and achievable business plan, marketing & sales and action plan including revenue projection/commitment.
    • Proposed minimum guarantee revenue per year in U.S dollars

    Submission Guidelines:
