Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold members, who are entitled for Complimentary Upgrades, may use their upgrades together with THAI tickets under the following conditions.

Eligible THAI Booking Classes:

Economy Class: Y / B / M / H / Q

Royal Silk Class: C / D / J

Upgrades on THAI: Complimentary Roundtrip Upgrades on THAI operated international flight (TG 3 digit) from Economy Class to Royal Silk Class or from Royal Silk Class to Royal First Class

Platinum upgrades can be used by Royal Orchid Plus Platinum members for their own or Award Nominees’ travel.

Gold upgrades are non-transferable and may be subject to service fees.

After issuing a ticket with eligible fares, a Complimentary Upgrade may be requested with THAI reservations worldwide at any time, but not less than 24 hours prior to scheduled flight departure.
