•  KTC reserves the right to grant this privilege for the payment made with registered KTC credit card with determined spending amount only.

•  KTC reserves the right to transfer special KTC Forever Rewards points by calculating from the total spending amount made at Thai Airways International 2017 Event, during March 30th – April 3rd, 2017 only.
•  Special KTC Forever Rewards points of KTC cardmembers who have spending amount as determined will be transferred to credit card account within 60 days from the end of the promotion.
•  KTCcardmemberswhohave KTC CASH BACK credit card, KTC-Thai Red Cross Society credit card, KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD credit card, and KTC Government Service credit card are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any KTC Forever Rewards points/ROP mileages granted to the KTC cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duly granted KTC Forever Rewards points/ROP mileages under this promotion to the KTC cardmembers.
•  KTC reserves the right to call for spending evidence from the KTCcardmembers in some circumstances. Please keep necessary evidence, e.g. sales slip, for future reference.
• KTC reserves the right to assume that all KTC cardmembers who participate in this promotion and have spending amount made with KTC credit card throughout the promotional period have agreed on the entire terms and conditions under the promotion.
• In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed absolute and final.
• KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Terms and Conditions for KTC-ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC-JCB PLATINUM Credit Card Application

•  The privilege is only for the KTCcardmembers who have never owned any KTC credit card or who have cancelled the previous KTC credit card more than 6 months.
•  KTC reserves the right to grant this privilege to the cardmembers who apply for KTC-ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card as a primary cardholder or KTC-JCB PLATINUM credit card at the event via branch code ROP, during March 30th – April 2nd, 2017 and get approval by April 30th, 2017 only.
• KTC reserves the right to grant complimentary gift to the KTC cardmembers who apply for determined KTC credit card under the determined terms and conditions only. The promotion will be calculated in conjunction with any other promotions. The complimentary gift will be send to the statement address of the KTCcardmember within 60 days from June 30th, 2017. In the case of post mail return, the KTCcardmembers must inform of their intention to receive the complimentary gift within 60 days from the postal date.
•  KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount made for CashAdvance transaction, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), FLEXI By phone transaction, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege granting to the KTCcardmembers under this promotion.
