Terms and Conditions of One-day trip Love Andaman Voucher

1.    Reservation must be made 14 days prior to departure through pr@loveandaman.com or call +66 (0) 92-362-6279 or +66 (0) 91-034-7890  (during 09.00 – 16.00 hrs.)
2.    Pick up service
        -  Rok Island & Ha Island depart from Visit Panwa pier, Phuket province. Hotel transportation fee from/to Phuket at THB 200/person/trip will be applied.
        -  Similan Island / Surin Island depart from Tap-la-mu pier, Phang-nga province. Complimentary transportation service is offered from/to hotels in Khao-lak city. Apart from the mentioned area and Phuket zone, THB 300 (per person) service fee will be applied.
3.    One voucher is for one person. Select one from these following islands or routes: Similan Island / Surin Island / Rok Island & Ha Island / Phi Phi Island-Pileh Lagoon-Phai Island
4.    Operate every day from now till – 15 May 2021. The voucher cannot be used for travel during national public holidays or long weekends.
5.    For foreigners, there will be THB 400/person/trip extra charge for national park entrance at Phi Phi Island-Pileh Lagoon-Phai Island / Rok Island & Ha Island. And THB 500/person/trip extra charge for Similan Island / Surin Island.
6.    Tour program may vary depending on weather conditions. Please check with operators in advance.
7.    Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and change cannot be given. Once redemption has been completed mileage re-credit by member is not permitted under any circumstances.
8.    Royal Orchid Plus will not be responsible for any loss and damaged Voucher and will not accept damaged or uncompleted voucher.
9.    Royal Orchid Plus reserves the right to cancel Voucher or to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

10.    In case of any dispute, the decision of Royal Orchid Plus and Love Andaman is final.
11.    Vouchers will be sent via Thailand postal service to address in Thailand within 1-2 weeks after redemption is completed.

12.    Original vouchers must be presented upon departure check-in at the pier.
13.    The voucher is valid until 15 May 2021.   
14.    The voucher does not include pick-up service from Phuket to the pier.
