THAI Catering Vouchers Redemption

To redeem the vouchers, please visit the Royal Orchid Plus Member Service Center at Building 2, Ground Floor, Thai Airways International (Head Office), Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Bangkok during Mondays - Fridays (except public holidays) 8.00 - 17.00 hrs. If you are unable to redeem the awards yourself, the signed authorizing letter along with your copy passport / ID and which of the authorized person are required.

Terms & Conditions:

•  The THAI Catering Cash Voucher is six month valid from the redeeming date.
•  The THAI Catering Cash Voucher is non-extendable and cannot be resold.
•  Royal Orchid Plus will not be responsible for any lost and damaged vouchers. Miles are unable to be re-credited to your account under any circumstances.
•  Redemption of this award is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
