Mr. Suvadhana Sibunruang, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), presided over the reopening of the Royal Orchid Prestige Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Mrs. Varangkana Luerojvong, THAI Chief, Aviation Business Unit, Mr. Nattapong Pokairat, THAI Managing Director, Ground Service, THAI Management and Mr. Kittipong Kittikachorn, General Manager of Suvarnabhumi Airport, also attended this event. THAI Ground Service has resumed the services at the Royal Orchid Prestige Lounge located on the third floor, Concourse D at Suvarnabhumi Airport, to accommodate the rising number of international passengers following the Government’s country reopening policy.
The Royal Orchid Prestige Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport was designed based on the Ecology Green Mood Concept to serve THAI’s Royal First and Royal Silk Class passengers, THAI’s Royal Orchid Platinum and Gold Members as well as Star Alliance Gold Members. THAI’s Royal Orchid Prestige Lounge is open every day from 05.00-02.00 hours. THAI assures all our customers that the highest level of COVID-19 preventive measures are strictly implemented and exercised. Passengers can enjoy the beauty and magnificence of natural ambiance accented by superb sweets, savory and beverages as well as fresh meals, bakeries, pastries, and THAI Catering signature homemade ice cream. THAI is accredited with the Amazing Thailand Safety & Health Administration (SHA) from the Ministry of Tourism and Sports. In addition, THAI provides services with hygiene safety measures: gloves for passengers using the lounge, individually packed bakery and pastries, and food reheat service. Passengers can be confident in hygienic safety of ground and inflight services. THAI Royal Orchid Lounge is thoroughly sprayed with disinfectant every month to maintain the highest level of health and hygiene standards.
