    Special Baggage

    Sport and Special Baggage (To/ from USA and Canada)

    Additional Items as checked baggage that may have extra handling charges. The following items are subject to a special handling fee based on itinerary. All fees listed are per item and to be collected in unit price. Please contact our local reservation offices to insert the details of your sport equipment or special baggage in your booking at least 48 hours prior to flight departure.

    Bicycles

    A bicycle may be included as part of your free baggage allowance. For a bicycle above your free baggage allowance:
    If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates)
    Charge : USD 150/Unit

    Golf Equipment (1 set of clubs)**

    You may use one of your free baggage allowance piece for a golf set.
    ** One set of Golf equipment consists of maximum 14 clubs, 12 balls, one set of golf shoes If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates) Charge: USD 150/Unit

    Snow/Water Skiing Equipment

    Snow/Water Skiing Equipment may be included as part of your free baggage allowance. If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates) Charge: USD 150/Unit

    Surfboards (not allowed to be included in the free baggage allowance)

    If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates) apply as follows :
    A board up to 2m in length : Charge 1 Unit rate (USD 150)
    A board exceeding 2m in length : Charge 2 Unit rate (USD 300)

    Windsurf Equipment (not allowed to be included in the free baggage allowance)

    If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates) apply as follows :
    A board up to 2m in length : Charge 1 Unit rate (USD 150)
    A board exceeding 2m in length : Charge 2 Unit rate (USD 300)

    Scuba Diving Equipment

    Scuba Diving Equipment may be included as part of your free baggage allowance If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates) Charge: USD 150/Unit

    Weapons Firearms ammunition

    Weapons Firearms ammunition may be included as part of your free baggage allowance. If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates) Charge : USD 150/Unit

    Sporting Firearms

    Sporting Firearms will be accepted as one piece of baggage;
    If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates)
    Charge: USD 150/Unit

    One Portable Musical Instrument (not exceeding 39 inches / 100 cm) in length

    One portable musical instrument shall be considered in free baggage allowance.
    If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates) apply as follows :
    An instrument exceeding 39 inches/100 cm : Charge 1 Unit rate (USD 150)

    Other Sport Equipment

    Other Sport equipment shall be included in the baggage allowance.
    If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates)
    Charge: USD 150/Unit

    Pets as Checked Baggage (AVIH) (not allowed to be included in the free baggage allowance)

    If it exceeds the allowance apply Special Unit price (Flat Rates) apply as follows :
    Pet and container weight
    • - Up to 10 kg : Charge 2 Unit rate (USD 300)
    • - Up to 20 kg : Charge 3 Unit rate (USD 450)
    • - Up to 30 kg : Charge 4 Unit rate (USD 600)
    • - Up to 40 kg : Charge 5 Unit rate (USD 750)
