    The High Court of Justice of England and Wales recognised THAI's New Foreign Representatives and entrusted such New Foreign Representatives with the realisation of THAI's UK properties.

    On 18 October 2021 the High Court of Justice of England and Wales ordered that: 

    (a) Mr Chansin Treenuchagron, Mr Piyasvasti Amranand, Mr Pornchai Thiraveja, Mr Siri Jirapongphan and Mr Kraisorn Barameeauychai (the "New Foreign Representatives") be recognised as the replacement foreign representatives of THAI within the meaning of paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 2 of the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006; and

    (b) the New Foreign Representatives be entrusted with the realisation of THAI's properties at 19 Kelso Place, Kensington, London, England and 41 Albermarle Street, Mayfair, London, England (the "Properties") and the distribution of the proceeds from the realisation of the Properties. 

    It was further ordered that any person affected by the Order shall have liberty to apply within 14 days of the publication of the notice of the Order in the London Gazette on three day’s written notice to the New Foreign Representatives. Such notice was published in the London Gazette today (22 October 2021).
