Ticket Handling Procedures for Flight to/from THAILAND (Earthquake Situation)

Due to the earthquake that occurred in Thailand today (Date 28/03/2025). For passengers holding TG tickets (217- ) issued worldwide on/before 28 March 2025 and the reservations for travel with TG operating by TG to/ from Thailand on 28 March – 10 April 2025, will have the following options:

1. Reservation Change: Must be changed with deadline by 10 April 2025 only

    1.1 International sector to/from Bangkok

Authorize to change date of travel (same routing & same RBD) new travel date must be on/before 10 April 2025 and subject to ticket validity change without rebooking fee, waived of no show fee and agent fee (Fare difference to be applied e.g. for difference RBD).

    1.2 Domestic sector within THAILAND

Authorize to change date of travel (same routing / same RBD / difference RBD) new Travel date must be on/before 10 April 2025 and subject to ticket validity without rebooking fee, waived of no show fee & agent fee and no additional fare collected.

2. Cancellation and/or refund for totally unused / partially used ticket (Normal Operation)

If the request of ticket cancellation and / or ticket refund is occurred and penalty/ charges on the cancellation and / or refund transaction as stated on attached fare rule/ conditions are applied. Waived of the penalty/ charges is not permitted.  Or  Keep full amount (YR is excluded) as EMD to be used for issuing new ticket for the next trip within 1 year from the date of EMD issuance.

3. Irregularity Flights (UN)

Totally unused both refundable and non-refundable

• If the request or ticket cancellation and/or ticket refund, any penalty/charges on the cancellation and/or refund transaction as stated on attached fare rule/conditions will be exempted (Including YR).

Partially used ticket:

• Partially used ticket for travel sectors remaining, refund charge shall be waived and calculation of residue refund value shall be based on involuntary
