THAI refuse carriage of the self-balancing personal transportation powered by Lithium Batteries

Dear Customers,

With effective on December 21th,2015.

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) reserved the right to refuse carriage of the self-balancing personal transportation and its accessories, as checked or carry-on baggage on all THAI flights if found at check-in counters, boarding gates and in transfer baggage.

It shall be the passenger’s responsibility to dispose these items prior to boarding. THAI shall not provide any storage of passengers’ devices.
